INTENSELY CHOCOLATY GOOEY LOVE BROWNIES with CHOCO CHERRIES @ VALRHONA CACAO NIBS

INTENSELY DARK CHOCOLATE , GOOEY , NUTTY BROWNIES with A CHOCOLATE SWIRLED CHERRY AND VALRHONA CACAO NIBS...
+BROWNIE POP TRUFFLES...
yeah i think thats what the name should be.....
However muc i try to keep my titles short , i dont end up doing that.
These really chocolaty Brownie ,
BROWNIES CALLED BOWNIES,WHY DID U THINK?
WHATS TO KNOW HERE I THINK....
BROWNIES ARE BROWN,I NOTICED SO,
AND THATS A CUTE NAME BY TO GO....
LIKE A CAKE'S A CAKE,
A DELICIOUS BAKE!!!
AND A COOKIE IS A COOKIE WE  LOVE AND KNOW,
A CRUNCHY MUNCHY DELIGHT SOMETIMES CHEWY SO,
IS ROSEBUDS CONNECTED TO A BROWNIE SO GOOEY,
OR THATS THE BROWNIES.IS IT?
WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE I STILL WONDER,
ANYBODY ELSE ANY ANSWER????

Happiness doesnt elude me a single day & the reasons keep piling on too.
These brownies have to be the toast of the season really!!!
Oh loveee is soo in the air * 365 + these were baked for someone special , someone warm and someone filled with genuine love ...
Was and am more than thrilled for baking these for the reason + this months Forever Nigella is seduced by chocolate.
Isn't Gooey chocolate , more so gooey chocolate brownies , jus that?
And Dark gooey chocolate in some gooey brownies....ahh sure seductive...
Am sure Ms.Lawson would have loved to baked these for someone as wonderful , packed them in a nice box and gone along too.
And yeah these have to be re-named as intensely chocolatey super delicious best ever fudgy brownies, and actually there are jus a few steps, melt the butter and chocolate , add the whisked sugar ,vanilla and eggs , fold in flour and nuts , and BAKE ....
I have step by step pics to make it seem easier but at the end thats all there is to it really.
Glitter and glittering hearts ...wouldn Nigella approve that jus a sprinkle of something dresses these up ?
Yes, next time i must have little candles popped into them , what i loveee is Nigella gives credit to the candle idea to her fren, a rare quality among the celebrity chefs to , goes on to say how endearing her heart is....
A cherry chocolate bite for coffee...

Ok ,lets begin , first of all am super excited to use my USA pan , and infact this is the first time i aint baking mini , or small :-)
See that detailing , aint it perfect?

And i kinda like , not to take a chance , cover the sides with parchement too:-)

Open a tin of Cherries , Oregon Bing Cherries are excellent , u only need 12 to 14 ,if ur cutting hearts and more if u are cutting sqaures ....snack on the rest with some whipped cream or save them for ----------(coming sooonnnn)

Measure out the chocolate , add butter and melt away ...u can light up the oven at this point coz since we are adding nuts , need to slightly roast them too....

And here are the nuts ,roasted ..
and chopped with the KA chopper ,makes things quicker....

In the meantime have already whisked the eggs , sugar with a whole m b bean scrapped in , yeah if u notice the recipe calls for 6 eggs and there are only 3 here , noppeee didn halve the recipe , jus wanted to make it healthier and see how it works with a little less egg....
OK ,FINE , thats a lie , it was a mistake :-(
Was supposed to orignally halve the recipe but then wanted to use this pan and mentally was prepared for 3 egss , whew!
I dont know if it did anything to the texture , it sure was a little crumbly , but then brownies are no?
Besides i baked brownies only twice , way back in Dec 2009/jan 2010, yeah it seems like a long time as muc as it seems only yesterday , and i never baked with a mix of 70 percent and 53 percent cacao ,so how would i even know...
I wish i had put those eggs in there , it sure would be richer no?

Going ahead , here's the lusciously rich intensely dark chocolate melted with the butter ,and when cooled a bit , add in the egg sugar mixture and whisk a bit..

And well whisked , fold in the flour , salt and coffee mix (yeah i forgot to add the coffee:-( ) and whisk till smooth...

Next u fold in the chopped nuts....

And scrape the batter into the prepared pan , and here is what i wanted the cherries for , so pretty no???

And since i lovee mini i sprinkled these amazingly cute and really yummy , mini chocolate chips atop , one half a light sprinkle and on one half a heavy sprinkle ....
And baked and cut....

TIPS
~~u can easily decrease or increase the amount of nuts that go in or for that matter use chocolate buttons too.
I think next time round i would stick to one nut , so that the flavor shines , and add a bit less , thats not to say i dont like too many mixed nuts.
~~i have calculated the cups and ounces measures on my weighing scale and it does seem correct :-)
~~I have tried this recipe with 53 % chocolate buttons mixed with Nutella.
~~Please DO NOT OVERBEAT the batter , its actually better to mix it by hand and with a mixer.
~~ dont skip on the espresso powder , it heightens the chocolate flavor , adding in lemon or orange zest would be wonderful for this one too.

RECIPE FOR GOOEY INTENSELY CHOCOLATY BROWNIES with CHERRIES & NUTS...
original recipe @How to be a domestic goddess pg 193
Ingredients
375g / 13.2 ounces best quality dark chocolate
375g / 13.2 ounces salted butter at room temperature
1 whole bourbon Vanilla bean
6 eggs (large)
350grams /12.3 ounces / 1 2/3 cup caster sugar (superfine)
pinch of salt(1 tsp if using unsalted butter)
225grams/8ounces /1.5cups plain flour
190-250 grams/6.7ounces-8ounces/1.5cup (or even less) mixed chopped nuts/cherries/or any chip or nut of ur choice( i used macadamia, pecan & walnuts + red cherries) (optional)

Preheat the oven to 180C/Gas 4/350F.

Line the sides and base of a 33 x 23 x 5.5com baking tin with foil or baking parchment.
13 * 9 * 2.5 inches
Sift flour , salt and espresso cafe powder ,if using.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a large heavy based pan or double boiler as i did .
In a bowl or wide mouthed large measuring jug, whisk the eggs together with the caster sugar and vanilla extract/bean.
Allow the chocolate mixture to cool a little, then add the egg and sugar mixture and beat well.
Fold in the flour and salt.
Then fold in the nuts/chips /chocolate buttons ,whatever u want too , even dry fruits or cherries.
Beat to combine then scrape and pour the brownie mixture into the prepared tin.

Bake for 25 minutes, or till You can see when the brownies are ready because the top dries to a slightly paler brown speckle, while the middle remains dark, dense and gooey.
Even with such a big batch you do need to keep checking on it: the difference between gooey brownies and dry ones is only a few minutes.
Remember, too, that they will continue to cook as they cool.

Though it says to cut while warm , i cooled them for quite a bit , and then cut them , they were still warm till then.
